11/24/2020 Calendars coming for 2021
I spent today putting together calendars, choosing photos, cropping, etc. and not drawing. So I’ll have to catch up with an extra original artwork but this is what I have for today:

11/14/2020 Gingko + apple
Original artwork is a 3x4” acrylic painting I did today of some gingko leaves. I love gingkos and their clear yellow color in fall. They’re the sole surviving species of an ancient group of tries that were around before and during the time of the dinosaurs. So when you see a gingko, you are sharing the experience had at some time by a dinosaur. How cool is that?

11/09/2020 Mind The Glass...apple
What’s with the watermark? I’ll tell you:
I’d created the image in the this apple on the night US 2020 presidential election was called by the media and Kamala Harris became Vice President-Elect. I posted it on Facebook to FanFARE Themed Art page and shared that to my personal page and to a Group I follow of fans of Glennon Doyle’s latest book (Untamed). The post received hundreds of likes and had some 40+ comments, several advising to watermark and offer prints...which I spent today doing using the clunky but free platform of my Ko-fi site’s Shop. I pretty much spent today being a little freaked out and wrestling with this stuff. Eeek!

11/05/2020 First Varnished & Framed Acrylic Painting
I know this is a repeat post, but I’d never varnished and framed my own painting before. It’s got paper on the back and is signed and everything. Very cool.
