03/11/2021 North Street (analog) fixed

I used my kindergarten cutting and pasting skills to help correct the roofline on this illustration. I cut out the parts that didn’t work and couldn’t be erased and pasted the parts I kept onto a new page and went from there.

01/07/2021 Woman Apple Mandala

I completed this while listening to CNN coverage of the certification of electoral votes for the 2021 US President & VP after the insurrection in Washington DC and interruption of that process when a mob broke in to the Capitol Building.

11/14/2020 Gingko + apple

Original artwork is a 3x4” acrylic painting I did today of some gingko leaves. I love gingkos and their clear yellow color in fall. They’re the sole surviving species of an ancient group of tries that were around before and during the time of the dinosaurs. So when you see a gingko, you are sharing the experience had at some time by a dinosaur. How cool is that?

10-02-2020 Temptation—IN PROGRESS

Each October there is an online event called Inktober, which gives a new art prompt each day. The challenge is to do each one for the entire month. My challenge is to also link them to apples. See my Inktober pages to follow my artworks for each prompt
